Refund Policy.
At Sweet Lu, every cookie is baked fresh with love in our nut-free kitchen. Because our cookies are made-to-order food items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been baked and shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll be happy to make it right. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion and only in cases where the product quality or order accuracy does not meet our standards.
Shipping Policy.
We currently ship orders within the United States.
Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after being placed.
Shipping Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your shipping option and carrier.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Sweet Lu is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
Terms of Service.
By placing an order with Sweet Lu, you agree to the following terms:
Nut-Free Kitchen – All products are baked in a dedicated nut-free kitchen; however, Sweet Lu is not liable for any reactions if cross-contact occurs outside of our facility.
Order Processing – Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after 24 hours.
Payment – All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods offered on our website.
Shipping & Delivery – We will ship orders to the address provided. Sweet Lu is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Refunds & Replacements – As a food-based business, refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued in special cases (see Refund Policy).
Intellectual Property – All branding, images, and content on the Sweet Lu website and packaging belong to Sweet Lu and may not be reproduced without permission.
